The Daman login password is the private code you create when you register, entered twice in the Set password and Confirm password fields. It is separate from any OTP, UPI PIN or bank password, and nobody from support needs it to help you.

How often should I change my Daman password?
There is no fixed rule, but change it straight away if you shared it, typed it on a page you are unsure about, or see an unknown Last login time. Otherwise a strong unique password does not need monthly changes. What matters more is that it is not used anywhere else, especially not for email, UPI or banking.
